Tobu was tested with 100k records with a database size of 1.36GB and performed without noticeable slowdown. Performance may vary depending on the number of records matching a specific tag and the number of unique tags shared among matching records.

As with all freely available programs, I can not be held responsible for any data loss, although I will try my best to make Tobu as robust and reliable as possible. Please backup often!

Data is stored in the sqlite format file called data.db. You can back it up separately if you don't do complete system backups. There are many 3rd party tools that can read/view/etc sqlite format databases - your data will be safe and accessible as long as it's backed up regularly.
